Hurricane Rita devastated the upper Texas coast in September of 2006 as the storm came inland the coastal town Sabine Pass took a direct hit devastating fire station #4. 

                      

Engineered Roofing Systems joined forces to rebuild Fire Station #4 for the residents of Sabine Pass, TX. We donated labor and materials while participating in the ABC-TV hit show Extreme Makeover Home Edition – After the Storm. The show, which chronicled the one week of construction, was shot and edited at the Sabine Pass location and aired on the ABC Network Friday, April 14, 2006.
